The core of Dextrasoft is a team that spent over 15 years building one of the Netherlands' leading procurement platforms — Negometrix. When it was acquired by Mercell, we did not scatter. We started Dextrasoft.

2006
Team comes together around Negometrix
A small group of developers in Sofia begins building an e-procurement platform for the Dutch market.
2009
NX3 launches
A full platform rebuild. Negometrix grows to serve hundreds of Dutch public buyers.
2017
NX4 — the enterprise version
A second full rebuild. The platform now handles billions in public procurement contracts annually.
2022
Negometrix acquired by Mercell
One of Europe's leading procurement companies acquires Negometrix. The team stays together.
Today
Dextrasoft — a new chapter
Same people, same standards. Now building for companies across the Netherlands and beyond.
