Askemo is a Dutch SaaS provider helping companies collect and act on employee and customer feedback. As their client base grew, the platform couldn't keep up — usability issues frustrated users, adding new features risked breaking existing ones, and support requests kept climbing.

Askemo partnered with Dextrasoft to redesign and rebuild the platform from scratch in under a year, adding AI capabilities that turn raw survey data into actionable recommendations.

The challenge

The existing platform had three problems holding Askemo back.

Users found the interface confusing and regularly needed staff assistance for routine tasks.

The aging codebase made every new feature a risk, slowing down innovation.

Askemo needed the full rebuild — UX, architecture, AI integration, and all — delivered within a one-year deadline.

Our solution

We put together a focused team of UX designer, software architect, developers, and AI specialists, and built the new platform on .NET, Angular, and Azure cloud services.

The redesigned interface guides users naturally through their tasks — no hand-holding needed. Under the hood, AI-generated summaries replace hours of manual survey analysis, and the platform proactively suggests improvements based on feedback trends and sentiment. The cloud-native architecture gives Askemo a foundation ready to scale into new markets and services.
